Momentum – The Business Growth Agency is your advocate for getting you the best return-on-investment for your membership and sponsorship spending. We work with your current chambers of commerce and other business associations throughout the year to educate them on your strategy and strengthen the value they provide you. In addition, we actively look for other associations that line up with your strategy, and engage with them on your behalf. When you work with us, you can be assured that at all times you have someone actively working to increase your ROI.

How Does Our Program Work?

Working with Momentum sets us in motion on your behalf to do the following:

  • Work with you to create a membership and sponsorship strategy.
  • Manage your memberships and sponsorships, including negotiating benefits.
  • Handle sponsorship meetings with or without you.
  • Provide guidance on membership and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Offer recommendations on events to attend.
  • Interact with memberships and sponsored organizations throughout the year on your behalf.
  • Provide access to all of MPA’s chamber, business association and not-for-profit relationships.
  • Utilize MTGBA’s relationships with chambers of commerce, business associations and not-for-profits to target key prospects among their memberships.

Momentum Service Levels

Working with Momentum ensures that you have someone waking up every morning strategizing how to get better ROI from your association memberships. There are a number of options for how we do this. Typically, our service levels line up into three categories:

MOMENTUM BASIC – Includes the services listed above. we place your people, your content and your story with target organizations in your chosen markets, according to the strategy we build for you. We may advise on content to support, but we work with your team for content you provide. Momentum basic services are just $500 per month per market.

MOMENTUM ENHANCED – In addition to the services listed above, we build content for you to support the strategy we build. Content can include blogs, newsletters, e-blasts, social media, etc., as appropriate. Enhanced is a great choice for growing companies with a great story to tell and no internal comms/marketing expertise (yet).

MOMENTUM ENTERPRISE – We serve, essentially, as a contracted VP of communications for you. In addition to the services listed above, we handle internal and external communications for you, working comprehensively with you on your comms program. Enterprise is a cost-saving option for companies looking for premium communications experience (20+ years) at a much lower cost than hiring a junior person full-time.
